    1. Is the output mode adjustable on the machine?
    Yes, we provide a manual to guide you through setting up parameters. The factory also performs pre-configuration before delivery, but you can customize settings yourself.
    2. What does "PV Failure" mean?
    It refers to situations where the PV power is insufficient (e.g., at night or on cloudy days). When the PV voltage is lower than the battery's demand, the system uses AC power from the grid to charge.
    3. If set to PV Priority and PV fails, how is the battery charged?
    PV priority uses solar energy first to save costs. If PV energy is unavailable, the system automatically switches to AC power (on-grid) to charge the battery and power appliances.
    4. What is the difference between PV Priority and Inverter Priority?
    In Inverter Priority mode, both PV and AC power pass through the inverter to provide energy. This ensures the appliance is always controlled by the system's management, even when switching power sources.
    5. Does the machine support communication interfaces?
    Yes, the system is equipped with RS485 and CAN communication interfaces as per our technical specifications.
    6. What happens if the inverter or battery is damaged?
    If the inverter is damaged, connected appliances lose power. If only the battery is damaged but the inverter is functional, appliances can still run on AC grid power. We recommend a manual transfer switch for critical installations.
