Frequently Asked Questions
1. How are the output modes and parameters set up?
The system comes with a manual detailing parameter setup. Our factory pre-sets the standard parameters before delivery, but you can also customize them yourself following the included guide.
2. What does "PV failure" refer to in this system?
It means the energy provided by solar panels is at a lower voltage than required (common at night or on cloudy days). In this case, the battery will utilize AC power (grid) for charging to meet its demand range.
3. If PV fails in "PV Priority" mode, how is the battery charged?
PV priority uses solar energy first to save costs. If the PV fails, the system automatically switches to AC (grid) power to charge the battery and provide energy to appliances simultaneously.
4. Does the machine include a Communication Interface?
Yes, the system is equipped with RS485 and CAN communication interfaces as per the technical specifications, allowing for smart monitoring and data exchange.
5. What happens to the home power if the inverter is damaged?
If the inverter is damaged, appliances directly connected to it will lose power. However, if the battery is damaged but the inverter is functional, power can still be supplied via the AC grid. We recommend a manual transfer switch for critical setups.
6. Can the system handle higher altitudes?
The operating altitude is between 0-4,000m, though derating may occur at elevations above 2,000m to ensure optimal performance.
